Swimming is one of the healthiest activities because of its positive effects on human organs and all of their tasks. It is possible and recommended to carry it throughout the year, either in form of recreation, competitive type of sports or rehabilitation because it contributes to the improvement of motor skills and functional capabilities together with conditioning and health perseverance. The primary goal of swimming would be using the honed skills which can help an individual in life and death situations, then for the purposes already mentioned above. It could be said that the instruction of non-swimmers is one of the most important procedure in sports education, especially because nowadays there are more and more non-swimmers and the least number of programs for swimming lessons. Learning and knowledge of swimming affects physical growth of children, their musculoskeletal system and the development of the respiratory organs. It also affects the nervous and circulatory system and the psychological development of each person. The goal of swimming lesson is to prepare an individual, either a child or an adult, for independent staying in the water or the sea.
