The main goal of this thesis is to get to know man, a man who was perfectly created. As such, perfectly created, he was gifted with the entire created world, and tasked to be lord of all creation. To be appointed as the master of everything so miraculously created, and to be the greatest miracle of creation itself, is a great honor that carries a great responsibility, and that responsibility is to use all these gifts to become the best version of yourself in every sense, and in this paper we will take a closer look to athlete version of a person. Seemingly ordinary actions such as sleeping, eating, breathing, moving...these are all gifts that open many doors to make your dreams come true and become the best in the sport you play. Through this work, you will get to know the immense value of all those blessings (nature, seas, water, planets, heavens...) and get to know them in such a way that you will start practicing them for your sports and personal development. Biohacking just wants you to work on yourself, use your body, nature and everything that surrounds you, and thus improve yourself. In the hope that as many as possible who will read this woek will see how perfectly they are created, and after that they were given the greatest and most perfect gifts, as such only sky is limit for them.
