Abstract
Integrativna kondicijska priprema u juniorskom tenisu, odnosno sam rad sa mladim tenisačima, izazov je za mnoge kondicijske trenere. Važnost i kvaliteta provedbe kondicijske pripreme imaju presudnu ulogu u daljnjem razvoju sportske karijere mladog tenisača. U tom složenom i dugotrajnom procesu, mnogi, već dokazani i provjereni, obrasci provođenja kondicijske pripreme moraju se često mijenjati i prilagođavati a mnogo je otegotnih okolnosti i čimbenika, pa čak i onih koji nisu u direktnoj vezi sa provođenjem kondicijskih trenažnih procesa ali imaju značajan i direktan učinak na njihov ishod i uspjeh. Nužno poznavanje zakonitosti i pravila provođenja procesa kondicijske pripreme od strane kondicijskog trenera i velika motivacija, uz poznavanje problematike i rada sa mladim sportašima, integrirano sa sposobnošću rješavanja svih dodatnih poteškoća i otegotnih okolnosti, kao i sposobnost prilagodbe i improvizacije u određenim situacijama preduvjet su kvalitetne i uspješne kondicijske pripreme mladog tenisača.
Abstract (english)
Integrative fitness training in junior tennis is a great challenge for many fitness trainers, especially working with young tennis players. Quality and importance of providing fitness preparation has crucial role in further carrier development of a young tennis player. In this complex and time – consuming process, many already proven and tested patterns of fitness training have to be changed and adjusted frequently and there are many aggravating circumstances and factors, even those that are not directly related to the implementation of fitness training processes but have significant direct effect on their outcome and success. Necessary knowledge of the laws and rules of the fitness training process by a fitness trainer and great motivation, with knowledge of problems and work with young athletes, integrated with the ability to solve all additional difficulties and aggravating circumstances, as well as the ability to adapt and improvise in certain situations. Successful fitness preparations of a young tennis player.
