Abstract
Brzina u nogometu predstavlja jednu od najbitnijih motoričkih sposobnosti koja ima veliki utjecaj na nogometnu uspješnost. Nogometaši moraju izvoditi ubrzanja i sprint maksimalnom brzinom sa i bez promjene smjera kretanja. Isto tako, igrači su prisiljeni posjedovati brzu obradu informacija i donositi brze i točne odluke kako bi bili uspješni. Nogometaši obično izvode sprinteve u trajanju od 2 do 4 sekunde na udaljenosti od 20 m ili manje, najčešće u situacijama gdje je šansa za postizanje pogotka. Treninzi sprinta u nogometu moraju se odvijati prema načelu specifičnosti, individualnosti, progresije i periodizacije te načelu integracije u nogometni trening. Varijable u treningu brzine su: udaljenost, intenzitet, broj serija i ponavljanja, trajanje odmora, učestalost treninga i ograničenja vezana za trening sprinta. Cilj ovog rada bio je ukazati na važnost brzine kao važne komponente uspjeha u nogometu.
Abstract (english)
Speed in football is one of the most important motor skills that has a big impact on football performance. Footballers must perform accelerations and sprint at maximum speed with and without changing direction during. Likewise, players are forced to possess fast information processing and make quick and accurate decisions in order to be successful. Footballers usually run sprints for 2 to 4 seconds at a distance of 20 m or less, most often in situations where there is a chance to score a goal. Sprint training in football must take place according to the principle of specificity, individuality, progression and periodization, and the principle of integration into football training. Variables in speed training are: distance, intensity, number of sets and reps, duration of rest, frequency of training and limitations related to sprint training. The aim of this paper was to point out the importance of speed as an important component of success in football.
