Abstract
Rukomet predstavlja relativno mladu sportsku igru, s obzirom na vijek trajanja ostalih sportskih igara. Kroz svoju evoluciju više je puta pretrpio promjenu pravila igre, što je direktno utjecalo na promjenu same strukture igre. U današnjem obliku predstavlja jednu od najpopularnijih i najrasprostranjenijih sportskih igara s loptom, koja se igra na svim kontinentima. U ovom radu detaljno su objašnjene osnovne karakteristike obrane 3:2:1 te principi koji se moraju poštivati kako bi se ista uspješno odigrala. Prikazan je i veliki broj metodskih vježbi, zadatci igrača u obrani te je dan primjer treninga za što bolje usvajanje navedene obrane.
Abstract (english)
Handball is a relatively young sports game, given the lifespan of other sports games. Throughout its evolution, it has repeatedly undergone a change in the rules of the game, which has directly affected the change in the very structure of the game. In its current form, it is one of the most popular and widespread ball sports, played on all continents. This thesis explains basic characteristics of 3:2:1 defence and principles that must be followed in order to its successful performance. Also, many methodical exercises are presented, exact tasks of each player in defence and an example of training for the best possible adoption of 3:2:1 defence.
