Abstract | Uz brojne pozitivne učinke sporta na cjelokupno zdravlje čovjeka, postoje i neki negativni
faktori, koji ukoliko se ne kontroliraju, mogu uvelike utjecati na zdravlje sportaša i njegovu
karijeru. Jedan od takvih neželjenih faktora sporta je utjecaj na posturu sportaša, odnosno
nastanak funkcionalnih nepravilnosti posture. To je posebice izraženo u asimetričnim sportovima.
Upravo zbog toga, u današnje vrijeme kada su intenziteti treninga sve veći i kada
sportaši svih uzrasta dosežu svoje maksimume, potrebno je veliku važnost pridodati
kineziterapijskim treninzima. Individualnim pristupom i korektivnim vježbama osim što se liječe
već nastale ozljede i prisutni bolovi, prevenira se nastanak novih. U ovom radu analizirali
smo posturu klijentice sportašice te s nekoliko provokacijskih testova utvrdili određena
posturalna odstupanja. Progresivnim vježbanjem kroz četiri mikrociklusa, klijentica radi na
mišićnom disbalansu, mobilnosti i stabilizaciji te kinestetičkoj osvješćenosti. Za početak je
potrebno stabilizirati trup i osvijestiti položaj tijela. Dodavanjem rekvizita, vanjskog opterećenja
i nestabilnih površina, klijentica razvija neuromišićnu kontrolu. Na kraju kineziterapijskog tretmana
očekuje se da klijentica izvodi sve pokrete pravilno i kontrolirano, u punom opsegu pokreta i bez
prisutnosti boli. |
Abstract (english) | In addition to the many positive effects of sport on a person's overall health, there are also
some negative factors, which, if not controlled, can greatly affect an athlete's health and
career. One of such undesirable factors of sport is the influence on the posture of the athlete,
and the occurrence of functional irregularities in posture. This is especially pronounced
in asymmetrical sports. That is why, nowadays, when training intensities are increasing and
when athletes of all ages reach their maximums, it is necessary to attach great importance to
kinesitherapy training. An individual approach and corrective exercises, in addition to treating
existing injuries and present pain, prevent the formation of new ones. In this paper, we
analyzed the posture of a client athlete and with several provocative tests identified certain
postural deviations. By progressively exercising through four microcycles, the client works
on muscle imbalance, mobility and stabilization, and kinesthetic awareness. To begin with,
it is necessary to stabilize the torso and become aware of the position of the body. By adding props,
external loads and unstable surfaces, the client develops neuromuscular control.
At the end of the kinesitherapy treatment, the client is expected to perform all movements
correctly and in a controlled manner, in the full range of motion and without the presence
of pain. |
