Abstract
Planiranje i programiranje treninga u bilo kojem trenažnom procesu pa tako i u ženskoj košarci jedan je od najvažanijih aspekata trenažnog rada. Zbog toga je, neovisno o kronološkoj, biološkoj ili trenažnoj dobi u ovom slučaju košarkašica, u procesu pripreme pojedine ekipe i njenih igračica najvažnije provoditi aktivnosti koje će omogućiti ostvarenje njihovog potencijala. Cilj ovoga rada je prikazati periodizaciju jednogodišnjeg ciklusa treninga, tjednog mikrociklusa i trenažne jedinice košarkašica pretkadetskog uzrasta ženskog košarkaškog kluba Šibenik.
Abstract (english)
Training program planning is one of the most important aspects of training work in any training process, including women's basketball. Therefore, regardless of chronological, biological or training age of players, in this case women's basketball players, in the process of preparation of a particular team and its players, the most important thing is to perform activities that will enable the realization of their potential. The aim of this paper is to show the periodization of a one-year training cycle, a weekly microcycle and a training unit of pre-cadet basketball players of the women's basketball club Šibenik.
