Abstract
Glavni cilj ovog završnog rada je prikaz preventivne i terapijske funkcionalne rehabilitacije hondromalacija patele koja se još naziva patelofemoralnim sindromom ili trkacko koljeno. Tijek rehabilitacije sastoji se od dvije faze. Prva faza je terapijska rehabilitacija, druga faza je funkcionalna rehabilitacija. Radom će se ukazati na rizike nastanka, simptome, kliničku sliku, funkcionalnu anatomiju i dijagnostičke testove za procjenu hondromalacije patele. Cilj rada je takodjer detaljnije opisati faze funkcionalnog rehabilitacijskog programa u koji su uključene terapijske i kasnije preventivne vježbe koje bi se trebale provoditi redovito kako bi se omogućile nesmetane aktivnosti svakodnevnog života, rekreativnog ili profesionalnog sporta.
Abstract (english)
The main purpose of this final work is to show the preventive and therapeutic functional rehabilitation of chondromalacia patellae, which is also called patellofemoral syndrome or runners knee. The course of rehabilitation consists of two phases. The first phase is therapeutic rehabilitation, the second phase is functional rehabilitation. With this paper work I will point the risks of formation, symptoms, clinical picture, functional anatomy and diagnostic tests for estimating of chondromalacia patellae. The aim of the this paper work is to describe in more detail the phases of functional rehabilitation program involving therapeutic and later preventive exercises that should be conducted regularly to allow undisturbed activities of everyday life, recreational or professional sports.
