Abstract
Pliometrijska metoda treninga jedna je od metoda za razvoj i održavanje sposobnosti eksplozivne snage te se kao takva koristi u kondicijskoj pripremi nogometnog vratara. Pliometrijsku metodu u kondicijskoj pripremi nogometnog vratara koristit ćemo češće od druge dvije metode za razvoj eksplozivne snage zbog specifičnosti same metode koje se podudaraju sa specifičnostima vratarske pozicije. Jedna od najvažnijih sposobnosti za kvalitetno obavljanje vratarskoga posla je upravo eksplozivna snaga i zbog toga je moramo učestalo razvijati i održavati na visokoj razini. Cilj ovoga završnoga rada je objašnjenje koliko je pliometrijska metoda važna u kondicijskoj pripremi nogometnog vratara, kako je pravilno koristiti i kako je povezati sa specifičnostima vratarske pozicije.
Abstract (english)
Plyometric training method is one of the methods for developing and maintaining the ability of explosive power and as such is used in the fitness preparation of a football goalkeeper. The plyometric method in the fitness preparation of a football goalkeeper will be used more often than the other two methods for the development of explosive power due to the specifics of the method itself, which coincide with the specifics of the goalkeeper position. One of the most important abilities for quality goalkeeping is explosive power and that is why we must often develop and maintain it at a high level. The aim of this final paper is to explain how important the plyometric method is in the fitness preparation of a football goalkeeper, how to use it correctly and how to connect it with the specifics of the goalkeeper position.
