Abstract
Cilj ovog rada bio je utvrditi povezanost između rezultata u specifičnom judo testu „10 stanica“ s uspjehom u judu. U testiranju je sudjelovalo 14 mladih judaša (7 djevojčica i 7 dječaka) iz judo kluba „Makarska 1968“ u dobi od 12 do 14 godina. Ukupan uzorak ispitanika je podijeljen u dvije skupine kvalitetnih i manje kvalitetnih judaša s obzirom na njihovu uspješnost na natjecanjima. Rezultati ukazuju kako postoji značajna razlika u brzini izvedbe judo specifičnog testa između analiziranih skupina ispitanika. Stoga se može zaključiti kako je specifičnim testom 10 stanica moguće uspješno diskriminirati uspješne od manje uspješnih judaša mlađe dobne kategorije.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this study is to determine if there is a correlation between results in specfic judo test „10 station“ with success in judo. The study was conducted with 14 young judokas (7 girls and 7 boys) age 12 to 14, training in judo club „Makarska 1968“. Total sample of respondents was divided in two grups, the advanced and regular group, in accordance with their success in judo tournaments. The results indicate that there is a significant difference between advanced and regular group when performing this test. We can conclude that specific judo test „10 station“ can successfully determine the difference between advanced and regular young judokas.
