Abstract
Rameni pojas je jedna od najkompleksnijih struktura u ljudskom tijelu. Za pravilno kretanje potrebna je suradnja nekoliko zglobova i mnogih mišićnih skupina . Razumijevanje ramenog pojasa nadilazi jedan zglob i jedan mišić stvarajući jedan pokret. Svi zglobovi ramenog pojasa su uključeni i ako je prisutna disfunkcija u ramenom pojasu, ozljede ili bol su neizbježni, posebno u sportaša koji se bave natjecateljskim sportovima. Korištenjem odgovarajućih programa i tehnika treninga može se ozbiljno smanjiti rizik od ozljeda i omogućiti ramenom pojasu da djeluje onako kako je zamišljeno, uvelike poboljšavajući radne sposobnosti.
Abstract (english)
The shoulder is one of the most complex structures in the human body. It requires the cooperation of several articulations and a host of muscle groups in order to move appropriately. Understanding the shoulder complex goes beyond a single joint and single muscle creating a single movement.All articulations become involved, and when dysfunction in the shoulder complex is present, injury or pain is inevitable,especially in competitive athletes. Using proper training programs and techniques we can seriously reduce the risk of injury and allow the shoulder complex to work exactly the way that it was designed, thereby vastly improving performance.
