Abstract
Odbojka, kao jedna od kompleksnijih kinezioloških aktivnosti i kao jedna od složenijih motoričkih timskih igara,zahtijeva kvalitetan i pomno isplaniran plan i program rada koji uzima u obzir sve karakteristike ekipe te ostale faktore karakteristične za jednogodišnji odbojkaški ciklus. U ovom je radu opisan cjelogodišnji plan i program za jednu seniorsku žensku odbojkašku ekipu.
Abstract (english)
Volleyball, as one of the more complex kinesiological activities and as one of the more complex motor team games, requires a high-quality and carefully planned work plan that takes into account all the characteristics of the team and other factors that are characteristic for the volleyball cycle. This work describes a year-long plan and program for a senior women's volleyball team.
