Abstract
Postura ili poravnanje tijela je držanje tijela tijekom statike i dinamike. Optimalno poravnanje dijelova tijela osigurava maksimalnu funkcionalnost organa, organskih sustava i najbolju moguću efikasnost i ekonomičnost mišićno-koštanog sustava. Mnogi su oblici posturalnih disbalansa. Skolioza je jedan od njih te vrlo kompliciran posturalni disbalans jer uključuje devijaciju kralježnice u svim trima ravninama, golim okom je vidljiva samo devijacija u frontalnoj ravnini. Funkcionalne skolioze odnosno fleksibilnije poželjno je tretirati konzervativnim tretmanom te tako izbjeći dugosatne i zahtjevne operacije. Konzervativni tretman uključuje steznik te specifične i individualizirane vježbe za pacijenta. Od krucijalne je važnosti detaljna dijagnostika i klasifikacija stanja jer se po tome izrađuje steznik i prilagođavaju vježbe. Također bitna je odgovornost roditelja i djece kako bi se vježbe izvodile pravilno, u kontroliranim uvjetima i redovito, po savjetu terapeuta ili liječnika. Stanje se kontrolira sistematično po djetetovom rastu i razvoju.
Abstract (english)
Kinesitherapy treatment in scoliosis Posture or alignment of the body is the holding of the body during statics and dynamics. Optimal alignment of body parts ensures maximum functionality of organs, organic systems and the best possible efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the musculoskeletal system. Many forms of postural imbalance. Scoliosis is one of them and is a very complicated postural disorder because it involves spine deviation in all three planes, with a naked eye visible only deviation in the frontal plane. Functional scoliosis or more flexible it is desirable to treat with conservative treatment, thus avoiding long-lasting and demanding operations. Conservative treatment includes a corset of this specific and individualized exercise for the patient. Detailed diagnostics and classification of the condition are of crucial importance, because the corset is thus made and adjust the exercises. The responsibility of parents and children is also important in order to perform exercises properly, in controlled conditions and regularly at the advice of a therapist or physician. The situation is controlled systematically by the child's growth and development.
