Abstract | Rad istražuje povijest i evoluciju bodybuildinga kao sporta, naglašavajući važnost discipline, predanosti i strogih priprema za natjecateljski ciklus. Osnovni cilj rada je prikazati godišnji ciklus pripreme sportašica, uključujući periodizaciju treninga, prehranu, suplementaciju i psihološke aspekte. U prvom dijelu rada objašnjava se kako bodybuilding, kao estetski sport, zahtijeva usklađenost između mišićnog razvoja, simetrije i prezentacije na bini. Rad detaljno razrađuje faze priprema koje uključuju različite makrocikluse, od povećanja mišićne mase do definicije tijela, s naglaskom na prehranu i suplementaciju specifičnu za sport. U završnoj fazi priprema, poznatoj kao "Peak Week", naglašava se manipulacija vodom i glikogenom za postizanje optimalnog izgleda na dan natjecanja. Osim fizičkih priprema, rad također istražuje psihološke aspekte natjecateljskog bodybuildinga, naglašavajući ulogu trenera kao mentora i podrške. Kroz analizu primjera sportašice, rad pruža uvid u kompleksnost priprema i važnost prilagodbe individualnim potrebama svakog natjecatelja. Ovaj rad nudi sveobuhvatan pregled priprema za bodybuilding i bikini fitness, ističući ključne elemente uspjeha u Bikini Fitness disciplini. |
Abstract (english) | The final thesis by Marina Javorčić at the Kinesiology Faculty in Split, supervised by mentor Mateo Blažević, focuses on preparing competitors for bodybuilding and bikini fitness competitions. The paper explores the history and evolution of bodybuilding as a sport, emphasizing the importance of discipline, dedication, and strict preparations for the competitive cycle. The primary aim of the study is to present the annual preparation cycle for female athletes, including training periodization, nutrition, supplementation, and psychological aspects. The first part of the paper explains how bodybuilding, as an aesthetic sport, requires harmony between muscle development, symmetry, and stage presentation. It elaborates on the phases of preparation, which include various macrocycles, from muscle mass increase to body definition, with an emphasis on nutrition and sport-specific supplementation. In the final phase of preparation, known as "Peak Week," the importance of water and glycogen manipulation is highlighted to achieve the optimal appearance on competition day. In addition to physical preparations, the paper also examines the psychological aspects of competitive bodybuilding, emphasizing the trainer's role as a mentor and support system. Through the analysis of a case study involving an athlete, the paper provides insight into the complexity of preparations and the necessity for adjustments based on each competitor's individual needs. This work offers a comprehensive overview of the preparations for bodybuilding and bikini fitness, highlighting the key elements of success in the Bikini Fitness discipline. |
