Abstract
Postoji velika povezanost dviju riječi, a to su „sport“ i „zdravlje“. Naravno, povezanost tih riječi sadrži u sebi „pozitivnu“ povezanost, preciznije rečeno sport pomaže u očuvanju zdravlja, ali i u unapređenju istog. Vodeći se takvim razmišljanjem, možemo zaključiti da poslovica koja nam kaže „ U zdravom tijelu, zdrav duh“ ima smisla. No, jesmo li se ikada zapitali u kolikoj mjeri je sport zaista zdrav te postoji li druga strana sporta koja uvelike narušava nešto što se zove zdravlje? Zdravlje je široki pojam te sa sobom ne veže samo tjelesno zdravlje već i socijalno te mentalno zdravlje koje u današnjici uvelike opada. Upravo iz tog razloga, cilj moga rada jest vidjeti one negativne strane sporta koje utječu na mentalno zdravlje pojedinca kako bi čitatelju približila stvarnu sliku sporta te ga navela na razmišljanje koliko je sport kao takav uistinu zdrav.
Abstract (english)
There is a great connection between the two words, "sport" and "health". Of course, the very connection of these words contains a positive connection, more precisely, sport helps in preserving health, but also in improving it. Guided by such thinking, we can conclude that the proverb that tells us "In a healthy body, a healthy mind" makes sense. No, have we ever wondered to what extent sport is really healthy and if there is another side of sport that greatly damages something called health. Health is a broad term that includes not only physical health, but also mental health, which is greatly declining nowadays. Precisely for this reason, the goal of my work is to see one negative side of sport that affects the mental health of an individual in order to bring the reader closer to the real picture of sport and to make him think about how healthy sport as such is truly.
