Abstract
Kod prijeloma humerusa razlikujemo prijelom proksimalnog ili distalnog dijela. Prijelom proksimalnog humerusa se češće događa kod starije populacije za razliku od prijeloma distalnog dijela humerusa koji se češće događa kod djece. Četiri ključne anatomske strukture proksimalnog humerusa su: anatomski vrat, kiruški vrat te veliki i mali tuberkul. Kao i kod svake ozljede važan nam je proces oporavka i sam kineziterapijski tretman.
Abstract (english)
In the case of humerus fractures, we distinguish between a fracture of the proximal and distal part. Fracture of proximal humerus occurs more often in the elderly population, unlike fractures of the distal part of humerus which occurs more often in children. The four key anatomical structures of the proximal humerus are the anatomical neck, the surgical neck and the greater and lesser tubercles. As with any injury, the recovery process and the kinesitherapy treatment itself are important to us.
