Abstract
Formacija 4-3-3 je jedan od najpopularnijih sustava današnjice. Ovo je izrazito ofenzivna formacija koja zahtjeva brze i prodorne igrače koji znaju rješavati u svoju korist situacije 1:1. Prednost ove formacije je kreiranje trokuta između igrača što igraču s loptom u svakom trenutku omogućuje minimalno dva slobodna rješenja. Nedostatak sustava je defanzivna faza koja ostavlja puno nebranjenog prostora ukoliko se po izgubljenoj lopti ne uspije ostvariti reposjed lopte. Taktička priprema ne može se provoditi samostalno već su kroz trening uvijek obuhvaćeni i tehnički, fiziološki i psihološki elementi, svaka vježba na treningu u kojem je cilj taktička komponenta treba biti organiziran oko minimalno jednog od četiri momenta nogometne igre i taktičkih principa igre.
Abstract (english)
The 4-3-3 formation is one of the most popular systems today. This is an extremely offensive formation that requires fast and penetrating players who know how to solve 1:1 situation in their favor. The advantage of this formation is the creation of a triangle between the players, which allows the player with the ball at least two free solutions at any time. The disadvantage of the system is the defensive phase, which leaves a lot of undefended space if the ball is not regained after a lost ball. Tactical preparation cannot be carried out independently, but technical, physiological and psychological elements are always covered through training, every training exercise in which the objective is a tactical component should be organized around at least one of the four moments of the football game and the tactical principles of the game.
