Abstract
U ovom radu se govori o strukturalnom sustavu nogometa, s ciljem što bližeg predočenja formacije 4-2-3-1, u kojoj se glavna uloga stavlja na vezne igrače. U nekoliko dijelova rada pokušava se objasniti sustav i uloga veznih igrača u fazi napada gdje igrači središnjice terena u većini slučajeva bitno sudjeluju u kreiranju i stvaranju napada. Također u radu smo se dotakli i formacije sustava 4-2-3-1 kod ekipe FC Bayern München kao jednog od najtrofejnijih klubova na svijetu koji u većini svojih utakmica koristi navedenu formaciju. Detaljnije su opisne faza napada, faza obrane, tranzicija kao i taktika i tehnička priprema u nogometu kroz razne vježbe i periodizaciju.
Abstract (english)
This work talks about the structural system of football, with the aim of presenting the 4-2-3-1 formation as closely as possible, in which the main role is given to the midfielders. In several parts of the work, an attempt is made to explain the system and the role of midfielders in the attacking phase, where players in the center of the field in most cases significantly participate in the creation and creation of attacks. Also in this work we touched on the 4-2-3-1 formation of the FC Bayern Munich team as one of the most trophy-winning clubs in the world that uses this formation in most of their games. The attack phase, defense phase, transition, as well as tactics and technical preparation in football are described in more detail through various exercises and periodization.
