We describe football as a complex kinesiological activity in a group of polystructural acyclic movements. During a football match, players perform a large number of movements and different activities without using the ball or with the ball. During these different activities, intervals of high- and low-intensity workout are changing unplanned, as is their duration. When creating a fitness programme, it is important to determine the intensity of football players during matches as well as to ensure equal representation of programmes for the development of anaerobic and aerobic endurance. In football, it is very important to have developed muscle strength. Core strength is very important for player movements and represents the base on which explosiveness, speed, and endurance are built. Plyometrics bridges the gap between strength and speed. If we want to improve specific abilities, the transition from strength training to explosiveness training is crucial. Plyometrics are used in sports where strength and explosiveness are useful and essential, and football is one of them. When they have power with a combination of strength and speed, most athletes are more capable. Plyometrics is one of the better types of training for developing explosive strength. It is also a new method for improving the athlete's ability, performance, and injury prevention.
