Abstract
U ovom radu cilj je pokazati važnost i primjenjivost treninga jakosti u nogometu. U modernom se nogometu gdje su igrači pod velikim pritiskom zbog imperativa dobrih rezultata i ispunjavanja zadanih ciljeva kluba, očekuje da su zdravi i da imaju vrhunsku izvedbu iz utakmice u utakmicu. Upravo zbog ovih razloga bez kondicijskih programa i pravilnog planiranja i programiranja treninga, jako teško bi se došlo do zacrtanih ciljeva. Metodama primjene treninga jakosti sportaše štitimo od ozljeda i pripremamo ih za nadolazeća opterećenja kroz dugu sezonu. Analiza nogometne igre uvelike će pridonijeti individualizaciji trenažnih procesa jakosti i pristupa sportašima, jer svaka pozicija ima svoje specifičnosti i svaki nogometni trener zahtjeva drugačije uloge koje igrač mora poštovati i ispuniti.
Abstract (english)
In this paper, the goal is to show the importance and applicability of strength training to football. In modern football where players are under a lot of pressure due to the imperative of good results and meeting the club's set goals, they are expected to be healthy and perform at their best from game to game. Precisely for these reasons, without fitness programs and proper planning and programming of training, it would be very difficult to reach the set goals. We protect athletes from injuries and prepare them for the upcoming loads throughout the long season by applying methods of strength training. Analysis of the football game will greatly contribute to the individualization of strength training processes and approaches to athletes, because each position has its own specifics and each football coach requires different roles that the player must respect and fulfill.
