Abstract
Cilj rada bio je utvrditi navike tjelesnog vježbanja i njegove karakteristike, ciljeve polaznika, razloge dolaska i iskustva jednog fitnes centra u Splitu. Ukupan uzorak sačinjavalo je 50 žena i 100 muškaraca, polaznika navedenog fitnes centra. Fitnes centar je isključivo namijenjen studentskoj populaciji, analizirane su neke razlike samih polaznika i dobivena je generalna slika ciljeva i potreba polaznika centra. Uzorak varijabli prikupljen je zatvorenim strukturiranim upitnikom koji je konstruiran za potrebe ovog rada. Upitnik je prikazan u prilogu rada. Današnji sjedilački način života uzrokuje niz problema za ljudski organizam. Suvremeni način života i rada, nedostatak tjelesne aktivnost, tehnološke i socijalne promjene utjecale su na čovjekovo zdravlje. Tjelesna aktivnost pozitivno utječe na zdravlje čovjeka, te na obavljanje obaveza koje su stavljene pred njega.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this work was to determine the habits of physical exercise and their characteristics, goals of the participants, reasons for their arrival and the experience of one fitness center in Split. The total sample consisted of 50 women and 100 men, participants of the mentioned fitness center. The fitness center is exclusively intended for the student population, some differences between the participants were analyzed and a general picture of the goals and needs of the center attendees was obtained. A sample of variables was collected by a closed structured questionnaire that was constructed for the purpose of this work. The questionnaire is presented in the attachment of work. Today's sedentary lifestyle causes a number of problems for the human body. Modern lifestyle and work, lack of physical activity, technological and social changes have influenced human health. Physical activity has a positive impact on human health, the usual performance of the obligations that are placed before him.
