According to the data, we call Multiple Sclerosis a disease with a thousand faces, due to the fact that each affected person has different symptoms and the course of the disease, the progression of the disease takes place from the beginning, gradually and permanently worsens. When it worsens, the type of disability and how much it changes varies for each patient, depending on which part of the brain, cerebellum, or optic nerves is affected by the active disease. Any increase in disability results in a loss of functionality and a reduction in quality of life. As the progression of multiple sclerosis is possible already in the earliest stages of the disease, one of the main goals of the treatment of multiple sclerosis is to control the activity of the disease in the earliest possible stage and to slow down the progression of the disease and thus plan the death of nerve cells, because early recognition and making a diagnosis, intervention in view early treatment and control of progression, necessary for long-term successful treatment outcomes.
