Abstract
Bavljenje fizičkom aktivnošću jedan je od osnovnih preduvjeta za zdrav i dugovječan život. Rekreativno bavljenje sportom uvelike doprinosi smanjenju sve većeg negativnog utjecaja modernog života i sjedilačkog načina rada na čovjeka. Od iznimne je važnosti i poticanje tjelesne aktivnosti od najranije dobi kako bi se na vrijeme usvojile zdrave navike. U današnje vrijeme, velik je izbor različitih vrsta tjelesnih aktivnosti što zapravo omogućava da svatko sebi pronađe onu koja mu najbolje odgovara. Aerobik kao jedna od fizičkih aktivnosti ujedno je i najzastupljeniji oblik vježbanja koji ne zahtijeva posebnu educiranost, na njega ne utječu vremenski uvjeti, može ga se odraditi na jednom mjestu i moguće ga je individualno prilagoditi vlastitom nivou pripremljenosti. Također, namijenjen je svim dobnim skupinama a zahvaljujući pravilnom načinu izvođenja vježbi uvjetuje i nastanak čitavog niza zdravstvenih prednosti.
Abstract (english)
Engaging in physical activity is one of the basic prerequisites for a healthy and long life. Recreational sports greatly contribute to reducing the growing negative impact of modern life and sedentary lifestyle on man. Encouraging physical activity from an early age is also extremely important in order to adopt healthy habits in time. Nowadays, there is a large selection of different types of physical activities, which actually allows everyone to find the one that suits them best. Aerobics as one of the physical activities is also the most common form of exercise that does not require special education, it is not affected by weather conditions, it can be done in one place and it is possible to individually adjust it to your own level of preparation. It is also intended for all age groups and, thanks to the correct way of performing exercises, it conditions the emergence of a number of health benefits.
