Abstract
U ovom radu analizirala su se istraživanja koja nam mogu pomoći u boljem razumijevanju boli u donjem dijelu leđa. Upravo je ova vrsta boli među najčešćima i glavnim uzročnicima nesposobnosti za svakodnevni život. Kao takva, uživa veliku popularnost u svijetu kineziologije i fizioterapije, ali i privlači veliku pažnju svih ljudi koji su se s njome susreli. Cilj ovoga rada bio je kritički evaluirati često navođene uzroke boli, iznijeti protuargumente, trenutne znanstvene konsenzuse i neka osobna razmišljanja o psihološkoj strani rehabilitacije. Za pisanje teorijskog dijela rada koristila se domaća i strana literatura. Obzirom da se radi o relativno novoj temi, većina literature je bila strana literatura u obliku znanstvenih i stručnih članaka dostupnih na internetskim bazama podataka. Unatoč tome, kako bi se dovoljno pokrila opsežnost teme, kroz dio literature se razmatra i komentira mišljenja stručnjaka objavljena na internetskim stranicama.
Abstract (english)
This paper analysed resources that can help us in better understanding of the lower back pain(LBP). This pain variation is among the most common and the leading causes of incapacity in everyday life. As such, it enjoys great popularity in the world of kinesiology and physiotherapy, but it also attracts a lot of attention from all the people who have encountered it. This paper aimed to critically evaluate the often-cited causes of pain, present counter-arguments, current scientific consensus, and some personal reflections on the psychological side of rehabilitation. Domestic and foreign literature was used to write the theoretical part of the paper. Considering this is a relatively new topic, most of the literature was foreign in the form of scientific and professional articles available on Internet databases. Nevertheless, to sufficiently cover the extensiveness of the topic, the opinions of experts published on the Internet are considered and commented on in part of the literature.
