Abstract
Korištenje periodizacijskih modela u kondicijskoj pripremi sportaša postao je važan segment u planiranju trenažnog procesa. Odabir periodizacijskog modela ovisit će o razini treniranosti sportaša, specifičnostima natjecanja i uvjetima rada. Futsal kao timski sport zahtjeva dobro planiranu kondicijsku pripremu od početka karijere kako bi se dosegla vrhunska izvedba. Cilj je imati dobro isplanirani program u svakoj etapi karijere koji će biti fleksibilan prema potrebama našeg sportaša. Višestrani razvoj i ne prerana specijalizacija spremit će naše sportaše za vrhunsku izvedbu. Godišnji plan u futsalu može se podijeliti u tri faze : prijelazni period koji je iznimno dug i traje oko 3 mjeseca, pripremni period najčešće oko mjesec dana i natjecateljski period od listopada do kraja svibnja. Ovisno o razini sportaša mogu se koristiti razni periodizacijske modele.
Abstract (english)
The use of periodization models in the fitness preparation of athletes has become an important segment in the planning of the training process. The choice of the periodization model will depend on the athlete's level of training, the specifics of the competition and working conditions. Futsal, as a team sport, requires well-planned fitness preparation from the beginning of the career in order to achieve top performance. The goal is to have a well planned program at every stage of the career that will be flexible according to the needs of our athletes. Multifaceted development and not too early specialization will prepare our athletes for top performance. The annual plan in futsal can be divided into three phases: the transitional period, which is extremely long and lasts about 3 months, the preparatory period, usually about a month, and the competitive period from October to the end of May. Depending on the level of the athlete, we can use various periodization models.
