Abstract
Koljeno nam je važno u svim sportskim aktivnostima, a zbog velikog stresa kojem je izložen u brojnim položajima često stradava od ozljede, naročito u mlađoj životnoj dobi. Ozljede meniska su najčešće ozljede koljena i gotovo uvijek nastaju mehaničkom traumom. Objasnili smo od čega se sve sastoji fizioterapijski proces i kako ga provoditi. Važan čimbenik u rehabilitaciji nakon ozljede meniska su i elekrtoprecedure. Nakon dijagnoze ozljede i uspješnog operativnog zahvata jako je važno provoditi i odgovarajući fizikalnu terapiju, te potom ciljani trening kako bi se u potpunosti vratila funkcija koljena.
Abstract (english)
The knee is important for all sports activities, and due to the great stress it is exposed in numerous positions, it often suffers from injury, especially at a younger age. Meniscus injuries are the most common knee injuries and are almost always caused by mechanical trauma. We have explained what the physiotherapy process consists of and how to carry it out.. Electrotherapy is also an important factor in rehabilitation after meniscus injuries. After the diagnosis of the injury and the successful operation, it is very important to carry out appropriate physical therapy and training in order to fully restore the function of the knee.
