Abstract
Nogomet je kompleksna igra koja zahtjeva visoko razvijene motoričke kao i funkcionalne sposobnosti. Kako bi što bolje planirali trenažni proces potrebno je provoditi testove te voditi evidenciju o rezultatima istih jer na taj način pratimo i razvoj sportaša . Dijagnostika i testiranja služe u svrhu stvaranja vrhunskih performansi i izvedbe a kao najbitniji rezultat stvaranje vrhunskih sportaša.
Abstract (english)
Football is a complex game that requires highly developed motor and functional skills. In order to plan the training process as well as possible, it is necessary to carry out tests and keep records of their results, because in this way we also monitor the development of athletes. Diagnostics and testing serve the purpose of creating top performance and performance, and the most important result is the creation of top athletes.
