Abstract
Sportska uspješnost određena je strukturom i razinom velikog broja osobina, znanja i sposobnosti. U praksi se koriste valjani i pouzdani mjerni instrumenti (npr. Tenziomiografija, optojump, spiroergometar...) procjene funkcionalnih i motoričkih sposobnosti. U različitim sportovima dijagnostika ovih sposobnosti može poslužiti kao kriterij za selekciju sportaša. Bitno je usporediti modalne vrijednosti sportaša koji su kandidati za nacionalnu selekciju i testne vrijednosti vrhunskih sportaša. Na temelju dobivenih vrijednosti kod vrhunskih sportaša, moguće je izraditi program za razvoj sposobnosti sportaša amatera. Sportska dijagnostika prikazuje niz postupaka kojima se što jasnije nastoje okarakterizirati sposobnosti sportaša. U ovom radu, opisat će se detaljni postupak mjerenja TMG-om te način djelovanja samog uređaja. Također, objasnit će se kako TMG može utjecati na prevenciju ozljeda i na rehabilitaciju mišićno – koštanog sustava. Temeljni cilj ovog rada je analizirati rezultate sportaša koji su mjereni tenziomigrafijon kako bi prevenirali mogućnost ozljede zbog disbalansa u mišićima te kako bi došli do saznanja o dominantnom djelovanju mišićnih vlakana za vrijeme kontrakcije.
Abstract (english)
A number of traits, talents and abilities are involved in sports achievements. To measure motor and functional abilities, valid and reliable measuring instruments (e.g. tensiomyography, optojump, spiroergometer, etc.) are employed. In different sports, the diagnosis of these skills can serve as a criteria for the athlete selection. It is certainly important to compare the modal values of national selecting athletes as well as the test values of upper athletes. Based on acquired values of top athletes, it's possible to create a program for developing the abilities of amateur athletes. Sports diagnostics represents lots of procedures that aim to characterize the abilities of athletes as understandably as possible. In this paper, the detailed procedure of TMG measurement and the operation of the device itself will be described. It will also be explained how TMG can affect the prevention of injuries and the rehabilitation of the musculoskeletal system. The foremost goal of the paper is to analyze the results of athletes who were measured by tensiomyography for the sake of preventing possibility of injury due to muscle imbalances and to gain knowledge about the dominant action of muscle fibers during contraction.
