Abstract
Cilj ovog završnog rada je ukazati na važnost eksplozivne snage u karateu s obzirom na motoričke sposobnosti i čimbenike koji utječu na razvoj eksplozivnosti kod pojedinca. Eksplozivnost u karate sportu može se definirati kao sposobnost generiranja udarca ili obrane u što kraćem vremenu. U aktivnostima izvođenja karate pokreta međusobno se povezuju pokreti koji zahtijevaju korištenje motoričkih i kognitivnih sposobnosti povezanih u jednu cjelinu kako bi karate borba doprinijela sportskom uspjehu. Kroz postojeća istraživanja analizirati će se utjecaj pojedinih čimbenika na razvijanje eksplozivne snage u karate sportu.
Abstract (english)
This final paper aims to point out the importance of explosive power in karate in relation to motor skills and factors influencing the development of explosiveness in an individual. Explosiveness in karate can be defined as the ability to generate a kick or defense in the shortest possible time. In karate movement activities, movements that require the use of motor and cognitive abilities connected into one whole are interconnected in order for karate fighting to contribute to sporting success. Through the existing research, the influence of individual factors on the development of motor and cognitive abilities will be analyzed.
