Abstract
Postura je kompozicija svih zglobova tijela. Položaj zdjelice je ključan za pravilnu posturu. Ukoliko je zdjelica u anteriornom tiltu tada dolazi do hiperlordoze. Ona je povezana s boli u lumbalnom dijelu kralježnice. Cilj rada je bio prikaz individualnog plana i programa kineziterapijskog tretmana kod hiperlordoze. Ciljevi ovog kineziterapijskog programa su smanjenje boli u lumbalnom dijelu leđa, smanjenje hiperlordoze, uspostava intraabdominalnog tlaka. Radili smo na pokretljivosti kralježnice, jačanju abdominalnih mišića i istezanju leđnih mišića. Kineziterapijski tretman započinje od lakših vježbi prema težima, od lakših početnih pozicija (ležeći položaj) prema težima (stojeći položaj).
Abstract (english)
Posture is a composition of all joints in the body. Position of the pelvis is the key to a correct posture. If the pelvis is in anterior tilt, that leads to a hyperlordosis. She is connected with the pain in lumbar part of the spine. The goal of work was to show individual plan and program of kinesitherapeutic treatment for hyperlordosis. Goals of this kinesitherapeutic program were lowering the pain in lumbar part of back, lowering hyperlordosis, establishment of IAP. We worked on mobility of the spine, strenghtening abdominal muscles and stretching back muscles. Kinesitherapeutic treatment starts with easy exercises and moving to harder, from easy starting positions (lying position) to harder starting positions (standing position).
