Abstract
Skolioza je posturalna nepravilnost koja se pojavljuje kao zakrivljenje kralježnice u frontalnoj ravnini. Priloženi pacijent osim skolioze ima i vidljivu hiperlordozu te bol u sakroilijačnom zglobu. Ove probleme smo odlučili rješiti individualnim kineziterapeutskim tretmanom kroz četiri etape. U prvoj etapi smo se rješili akutne boli u sakroilijačnom zglobu, učili pravilan obrazac disanja te aktivirali i opuštali odrđenu muskulaturu. U drugoj etapi pacijent je jačao mišiče lumbalne regije tijela te postigao stabilnost tog djela tijela kroz razne izometrične vježbe. U trečoj etapi se uvode kompleksnije vježbe koje se izvode kroz tri tjelesne ravnine dok u četvrtoj se te vježbe izvode pod većim intezitetom ili unilateralno. Po završetku tretmana pacijent nebi trebao osječati nikakvu bol te bi posturalne nepravilnosti trebale biti ispravljene.
Abstract (english)
Scoliosis is a postural abnormality that occurs as a curvature of the spine in the frontal plane. In addition to scoliosis, the attached patient also has visible hyperlordosis and pain in the sacroiliac joint. We decided to solve these problems with individual kinesitherapy treatment through four stages. In the first stage, we got rid of acute pain in the sacroiliac joint, learned the proper breathing pattern and activated and relaxed certain muscles. In the second stage, the patient strengthened the muscles of the lumbar region of the body and achieved the stability of that part of the body through various isometric exercises. In the third stage, more complex exercises are introduced, which are performed through three body planes, while in the fourth stage, these exercises are performed under greater intensity or unilaterally. At the end of the treatment, the patient should not feel any pain and postural deformities should be corrected.
