Abstract
Donji ukriženi sindrom podrazumijeva obrazac neravnotežnih stanja u donjem dijelu leđa. Ovaj sindrom povezan je s lošom posturom, ali i s lošim tjelesnim navikama u životu. Sindrom obuhvaća hipertonične fleksore kuka te vrlo slabe i hipotonične mišiće gluteusa i stražnje lože. U ovom radu pacijentica svoje loše tjelesne navike vuče iz doba adolescencije sve do sad, a posao koji svakodnevno obavlja sjedilački je osam sati dnevno. Sve to dovodi do lumbalne lordoze u leđima koja uzrokuje bol. Nakon analize posture i mišićnih testova, pacijentica je prošla četiri mikrociklusa koja su išla postepeno progresivno. U prvom mikrociklusu pacijentica je na foam rolleru opuštala napete mišiće, osvjestila abdominalno disanje te poradila na mobilnosti torakalnog dijela kralježnice i aktivirala slabe mišiće donjeg dijela kralježnice. U drugom mikrociklusu pacijentica je odradila vježbe po principu DNS-a u kojima je osvjestila svoj trup u svim ravninama te aktivirala slabe mišiće glutealne regije. U trećem mikorciklusu pacijentica osvješćuje duboke mišiće leđa, koristi rekvizite koji joj pri tome dodatnu pomažu te se sprema za sljedeći mikrociklus u kojem će se težine rekvizita pojačati. U četvrtom mikrociklusu vježbe su kompleksnije, klijentica mora izvršiti pokret u cijelosti i osvijestiti tijelo.
Abstract (english)
Lower-cross syndrome implies a pattern of imbalanced conditions in the lower back. This syndrome is associated with poor posturing, but also with poor physical habits in life. The syndrome includes hypertonic hip flexors and very weak and hypotonic gluteus muscles and posterior lodges. In this work, the patient draws her bad physical habits from the age of adolescence until now, and the work she does everyday is a sedentary eight hours a day. All this leads to lumbal lordosis in the back that causes pain. After analyzing the posture and muscular tests, the patient under went four microcycles that went gradually progressively. In the first microcycle, the patient relaxed tense muscles on the foam roller, regained abdominal breathing and worked on the mobility of the thoracic part of the spine and activated the weak muscles of the lower spine. In the second microcycle, the patient performed DNS-based exercises in which she raised awareness of her torso in all planes and activated the weak muscles of the gluteal region. In the third mycrocyle, the patient regains awareness of the deep muscles of the back, uses props that help her further and prepares for the next microcycle in which the weight of the props will increase. In the fourth microcycle, the exercises are more complex, the client must make a movement completely andraise awareness of the body.
