Abstract
Hiperlordoza je deformacija kralježnice s konveksitetom prema naprijed u sagitalnoj ravnini iznad 30 stupnjeva po Cobbu. Hiperlordoza lumbalnog dijela kralježnice dovodi do anteriornog tilta zdjelice i pomaka donjeg dijela leđa i kuka. U kuku pritom dolazi do fleksije, a u donjem dijelu leđa do savijanja prema naprijed što dovodi do pojačane lordoze. Ciljevi kineziterapijskog tretmana hiperlordoze su smanjenje hiperlordoze u lumbalnom dijelu kralježnice koje se može postići korekcijom anterirornog pomaka zdjelice kako bi se ona dovela u neutralni položaj i kako bi se otklonila bol. Kod hiperlordoze postoji čitav niz skraćenih i oslabljenih mišića. Kineziterapijski postupak tretmana hiperlordoze sastoji se od jačanja oslabljenih mišića, istezanja skraćenih mišića, vježbi abdominalnog disanja i vježbi mobilnosti kukova.
Abstract (english)
Hyperlordosis is a deformity of the spine with forward convexity in the sagittal plane above 30 degrees Cobb. Hyperlordosis of the lumbar spine leads to anterior tilt of the pelvis and displacement of the lower back and hips. There is flexion in the hip and forward bending in the lower back, which leads to increased lordosis. The aims of kinesitherapy treatment of hyperlordosis are to reduce hyperlordosis in the lumbar part of the spine that can be achieved by correcting the anterior displacement of the pelvis to bring it to a neutral position and to relieve pain. There are a number of shortened and weakened muscles in hyperlordosis. The kinesitherapy procedure for treatment of hyperlordosis consists of strengthening weakened muscles, stretching shortened muscles, abdominal breathing exercises and hip mobility exercises.
