Technology addiction has caused many problems for children who are still in the growth and development phase. It is important to identify and indicate an incorrect posture as soon as possible to avoid future health problems. If nothing is done about improper posture, permanent degenerative changes in the musculoskeletal system occur. Proper posture implies a harmonious relationship between individual parts of the body when we move or are at rest. This represents the synchronized work of muscles, bones, organs and nerves. By looking at the posture of the body, one can conclude what is the general health condition of an individual. The main objective of this kinesitherapy treatment is to achieve normal lower limb function, while thinking of achieving a neutral pelvic tilt and relaxing the overlying tone of the muscularis of the posterior lobe, all for the purpose of eliminating pain and posturing it properly in a body of a 12 year old child. In addition, attention is paid to the strengthening of the weakened muscles, in this case the muscles of the abdominal wall and the relaxation of the tightened muscles of the lower limbs, and the shortened muscles of the hip and extensor flexors. The goal is set to improve the current situation. At the end of kinesitherapy, some deformation postures that were caused by shortened muscles or muscle weakness that could not maintain proper posture without compensatory movements were removed. Various soft tissue relaxation and stretching techniques have been brought into neurological balance to increase range of motion for stabilization and motor control of movement. The functionality of the client's locomotor system, the strength and endurance of the trunk muscles and the flexibility of the lower limbs have been improved. The client is advised to regularly perform kinesitherapy exercises to maintain the newly created posture during daily activities to prevent and stop the possibility of returning to a previous degenerative state.
