Abstract
Glavna tema ovog rada će se bazirati na metodici i mehanici sprinta s naglaskom na atletske sprinterske discipline. Kroz sam rad bit će govora o anatomiji i funkciji određenih mišićnih skupina koje su najzastupljenije tijekom same izvedbe sprinta. Sukladno tome, najviše pažnje će se pridodati metodičkim vježbama i njihovoj progresiji odnosno doziranju istih. Govorit će se o samoj anatomiji pojedinih mišića i koja je njihova glavna pokretačka funkcija tokom sprinta. Isto tako, opisivat će se pojedine faze tokom trčanja i njihove najbitnije komponente koje vežemo za sprint. Nadalje, u radu će se dotaknuti i pojedine vježbi snage i jakosti specifične za sprinterske discipline odnosno sportove u kojima velik udio zauzima brzina kao motorička sposobnost
Abstract (english)
The main topic of this thesis is based on methodology and sprint mechanics with emphasis on athletic sprint disciplines. This work contains information about anatomy and function of specific muscle groups that are most involved during sprint performance. In accordance with, most attention will be given to methodical exercises and their progression. We will talk about anatomy of muscles and about its main moving function during sprinting. Likewise, some phases during sprinting will be described and their most important components that we associate with sprinting. Furthermore, we will also focus on some strength exercises that are specific to sprint disciplines and some sports in which speed share a large occupies as a motor ability.
