Abstract
Rukomet je jedan od najdinamičnijih sportova koji zahtijeva visoku razinu fizičke spremnosti, brzine, koordinacije i snage. Intenzivna priroda igre, koja uključuje brze promjene smjera, nagla zaustavljanja, skokove i sudare, nosi visok rizik od ozljeda, osobito koljena. Među najčešćim i najtežim ozljedama u rukometu ističe se ozljeda prednjeg križnog ligamenta (ACL). Ova ozljeda ne samo da može dovesti do dugotrajne pauze u sportskoj karijeri, već može imati i trajne posljedice na stabilnost... More koljena i kvalitetu života sportaša. Prednji križni ligament ključan je za stabilnost koljenskog zgloba jer sprječava prekomjerno pomicanje potkoljenice prema naprijed u odnosu na natkoljenicu. U rukometu, ozljede ACL-a najčešće nastaju tijekom nekontaktnih situacija, kada sportaš nepravilno doskoči ili naglo promijeni smjer. Upravo zbog toga, ova ozljeda predstavlja ozbiljan problem u sportovima s naglim promjenama kretanja, a rukomet je jedan od njih. Cilj ovog rada je istražiti uzroke i mehanizme ozljede ACL-a u rukometu, simptome i metode dijagnosticiranja, kao i mogućnosti liječenja i rehabilitacije. Less
Abstract (english)
Handball is one of the most dynamic sports that requires a high level of physical fitness, speed, coordination and strength. The intense nature of the game, which involves rapid changes of direction, sudden stops, jumps and collisions, carries a high risk of injury, especially to the knees. Anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury stands out among the most common and severe injuries in handball. This injury can not only lead to a long-term break in the sports career, but can also have... More permanent consequences on the stability of the knee and the quality of life of the athlete. The anterior cruciate ligament is crucial for the stability of the knee joint as it prevents excessive forward movement of the lower leg relative to the upper leg. In handball, ACL injuries most often occur during non-contact situations, when the athlete lands incorrectly or changes direction suddenly. This is a serious problem in sports with sudden changes in movement and handball is one them. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the causes and mechanisms of ACL injury in handball, the symptoms and methods of diagnosis, as well as the possibilities of treatment and rehabilitation.
