Abstract
Istraživanje se provodi u osmotjednom ciklusu koje je podijeljeno u 3 intervala mjerenja: inicijalno mjerenje, tranzitivno mjerenje te završno mjerenje. Varijable koje su zadane su: visina, tjelesna masa, trčanje (2400 metara), zgibovi, propadanja, čučnjevi te trbušnjaci. Nakon svakog trenažnog intervala izvršena su mjerenja ispitanika kako bi se utvrdio njihov napredak kod aerobnih i funkcionalno – motoričkih sposobnosti. Abstract (english)
The research is conducted in an eight-week cycle, which is divided into 3 measurement intervals: initial measurement, transitive measurement and final measurement. The default variables are: height, body mass, running (2400 meters), pull-ups, dips, squats and sit-ups. After each training interval, the subjects were measured in order to determine their progress in aerobic and functional body skills. 8 police officers participated in this test.
