Abstract
Rameni zglob je najnestabilniji, ali ujedno najpokretljiviji zglob. Njegova pokretljivost omogućena je obilata zglobna čahura i nesrazmjer u veličini između glave nadlaktične kosti i čašice lopatice. Primarni stabilizatori ramena su glenohumeralni ligamenti, koji su bitna komponenta zglobne čahure. Labrum glenoida, hrskavični rub koji okružuje čašicu lopatice, doprinosi stabilnosti ramena. Nestabilnost ramena se odnosi na labavost glenohumeralnog zgloba kojeg karakterizira dislokacija istoimenog zgloba. Dislokacija može nastati kontaktno, ali također i nekontaktno u nekim kroničnim slučajevima. Mogu se istaknuti dvije vrste, odnosno prednja i stražnja nestabilnost. Prednja nestabilnost ramena se odnosi na to kada je glava nadlaktične kosti djelomično (subluksacija) ili potpuno (luksacija) ispred čašice, dok se kod stražnje nestabilnosti glava nadlaktične kosti nalazi potpuno ili djelomično iza čašice.
Abstract (english)
The shoulder joint is the most unstable, but also the most mobile joint. Its mobility is made possible by the abundant joint capsule and the disproportion in size between the head of the humerus and the cup of the scapula. The primary stabilizers of the shoulder are the glenohumeral ligaments, which are an essential component of the glenohumeral capsule. The labrum of the glenoid, the cartilaginous rim surrounding the cup of the shoulder blade, contributes to the stability of the shoulder. Shoulder instability refers to the laxity of the glenohumeral joint, which is characterized by dislocation of the glenohumeral joint. Dislocation can occur contact, but also non-contact in some chronic cases. Two types can be distinguished, i.e. anterior and posterior instability. Anterior instability of the shoulder refers to when the head of the humerus is partially (subluxation) or completely (luxation) in front of the cup, while in posterior instability the head of the humerus is completely or partially behind the cup.
