Abstract | Atletika je sport s bogatom poviješću i obuhvaća različite sportske aktivnosti koje testiraju fizičku izdržljivost, brzinu, jakost, snagu i tehniku. Predmet ovog rada su discipline trčanja na srednje i duge pruge koje zahtijevaju kombinaciju izdržljivosti, brzine i taktičke inteligencije te su idealne za proučavanje kako se trening jakosti i snage odražava na sportske performanse. U teoretskom dijelu razmotrili smo osnove treninga jakosti i snage te njegovu metodiku i kako on utječe na tijelo trkača s posebnim naglaskom na fiziološki utjecaj, tehničku izvedbu trčanja i prevenciju ozljeda. Kroz ove segmente, uočili smo da pravilno strukturiran program treninga jakosti i snage može doprinijeti boljoj izdržljivosti, efikasnosti pokreta i smanjenom riziku od ozljeda. Bitan je način na koji se takav trening integrira u program treninga atletičara na srednje i duge pruge odnosno jasno smo definirali da treba postaviti ciljeve, izraditi plan treninga i pratiti napredak. U zadnjem poglavlju predstavili smo niz istraživanja i studija na ovu temu koji nam dodatno govore o utjecaju treninga jakosti i snage na atletičare. |
Abstract (english) | Athletics is a sport with a rich history that encompasses various athletic activities testing physical endurance, speed, strength, power, and technique. This paper focuses on middle and long-distance running disciplines that require a combination of endurance, speed, and tactical intelligence, making them ideal for studying how strength and power training impact athletic performance. In the theoretical section, we discussed the fundamentals of strength and power training, its methodology, and how it affects a runner's body, with a special focus on physiological effects, technical running performance, and injury prevention. Through these segments, we observed that a properly structured strength and power training program can contribute to improved endurance, movement efficiency, and reduced injury risk. It is crucial to integrate such training into the middle and long distance runner's training program, clearly defining goals, creating a training plan, and monitoring progress. In the final chapter, we presented a series of research and studies on this topic, which further shed light on the impact of strength and power training on athletes. |
