Abstract
Cilj ovog rada je istaknuti prednosti vježbanja u vodi odnosno Aqua aerobika. Radi se o vodenom aerobiku pri čemu se je izvode aerobne vježbe u vodi. Vježbe se izvode u vertikalnom stajalištu što bi značilo da vježbači i instruktor ne plivaju ili plutaju na vodi. Dubina vode je takva da doseže visinu struka ili prsa pojedinca. Vodeni aerobik je vrlo popularan jer ima mnogo pozitivnih učinaka na tjelesno zdravlje i oporavak od ozljeda. U radu se posebno ukazuje na karakteristike izvođenja vježbi u vodi, važnost trenera odnosno stručne osobe koja vodi trening. te koja dobrobit vježbanja u vodi. Pregledom i analizom dostupnih istraživanja koja su provedena ukazati će se na dobrobit aqua aerobica kod zdravih osoba te kod osoba koje imaju određene zdravstvene poteškoće.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this paper is to explain Aqua aerobics. It is water aerobics, where aerobic exercises are performed in water. The exercises are performed in a vertical position, which would mean that the trainees and the instructor do not swim or float on the water. The depth of the water is such that it reaches the waist or chest height of an individual. Water aerobics is very popular because it has many positive effects on physical health and recovery from injuries. The paper specifically points out the characteristics of performing exercises in water, the importance of the trainer, that is, the professional person who leads the training. and the benefits of exercising in water. A review and analysis of the available research that has been conducted will show the benefits of aqua aerobics in healthy people and in people who have certain health problems.
