Abstract
Uzimajući u obzir da nogomet spada u skupinu kompleksnih, polistrukturalnih aktivnosti dolazi se do zaključka da su morfološke osobine i motoričke sposobnosti iznimno bitne, naravno uz tehničko-taktičke, u procesu oblikovanja mladih nogometaša i u konačnici u postizanju sportskog rezultata. S obzirom na sve te karakteristike cilj ovog istraživanja bio je usporediti mlade nogometaše, početnike, mlađe pionire i pionire te pronaći razlike i sličnosti u morfološkim osobinama te motoričkim i funkcionalnim sposobnostima između njih. U obzir su uzete razlike po godinama tj. po dobnim kategorijama (početnici, mlađi pioniri, pioniri), masi, visini.Od motoričkih sposobnosti testirane su sposobnosti brzine na 30m, agilnost (slalom test), eksplozivne snage (skok u dalj s mjesta) te aerobne izdržljivosti (YO -YO test level 1). Istraživanje je provedeno na 78 mladih nogometaša iz nogometnih klubova NK Dalmatinac, NK Škabrnja, NK Abeceda sporta i NK Zadar.S obzirom na rezultate istraživanja zaključeno je da postoje razlike u svim antropometrijskim karakteristikama, osim u varijabli BMI-body mass index. Također pronađene su razlike u motoričkim i funkcionalnim sposobnostima između mladih nogometaša početnika, mlađih pionira i pionira. Uspješnije rezultate pionirskog uzrasta možemo pripisati razvijenijoj muskulaturi, dužim trenažnim stažom, ubrzanim rastom i razvojem te većim fizičkim zahtjevima nogometne igre koja je kompleksnija u odnosu na uzrast mlađih pionira i početnika.
Abstract (english)
Considering that football belongs to a group of complex, polistructural activities, we have come to the conclusion that morphological characteristics and motor ability are of utmost importance, of course with technical tactics, in the process of forming young footballers and ultimately in achieving sports results. Given all these characteristics, the aim of this research was to compare young football players and find differences and similarities in morphological characteristics, motor and functional abilities between them. We have considered differences for years (U10, U 12, U14), mass, height.We tested the motor skills: speed 30m, agility (slalom test), quickness (long jump) and aerobic endurance (YO- YO test level 1). Research we spent on 78 young soccer players from football clubs NK Dalmatinac, NK Škabrnja, NK Abeceda sporta and NK Zadar. Given the results of the research, it was concluded that there are differences in all anthropometric characteristics, except for BMI-body mass index variables. There were also differences in motor and functional abilities in young football players. The more successful results of pioneering age can be attributed to more advanced musculature, longer training time, accelerated growth and development, and greater physical requirements of soccer games that are more complex compared to younger pioneers and beginners.
