Abstract
U ovom radu su objašnjene karakteristike bek šutera u košarkaškoj igri. Zahvaljujući svemu što košarkaška igra podrazumijeva i zahtijeva od igrača ubraja se među najdinamičnije sportske igre. U prvom dijelu ovog rada prikazane su neke osnovne i općenite činjenice o košarci kroz njenu povijest i sami nastanak te pravila igre. U drugom dijelu navedene su pozicije u košarci te je detaljnije i pobliže objašnjena pozicija bek šutera. Također je analizirana uloga, karakteristike i određene sposobnosti bek šutera u igri. Treći dio ovog rada se posebno usredotočio na psihološke zahtjeve u košarci i motivaciju igrača. Antropometrijske karakteristike bek šutera prikazane su u četvrtom dijelu koji je podijeljen na motoričke i specifično motoričke sposobnosti košarkašica te funkcionalne sposobnosti. Kao zadnji dio ovog rada izdvaja se razvijanje i jačanje momčadskog duha te uspjeh košarkaške ekipe.
Abstract (english)
This paper explains the characteristics of a shooting guard position in basketball. Due to high demands of players, basketball is considered to be one of the most dynamic sports. The first part of the paper showcases basic and regular characteristics of the basketball game, it follows its history as well as the development of the rules. Following, the second part of the paper speaks on the basketball positions in detail, and shooting guard position specifically. Moreover, the paper analyzes the role, characteristics and character of the shooting guard position. The third part of the paper focuses on psychological demands of the basketball game and the motivation of the player, while the last part focuses on development and enhancement of team spirit and steps to success of the basketball team. Anthropometric characteristics of shooting guard are shown in the fourth part, which is divided into motor and specific motor abilities of basketball players and functional abilities. The last part of this paper focuses on the development and strengthening of team spirit and the success of the basketball team.
