Abstract
Nogomet predstavlja sportsku igru koja se igra između dviju ekipa, a glavni je cilj postizanje što većeg broja pogodaka, tj. golova, u vrata protivničke ekipe. Svaka ekipa ima jedanaest igrača, a igra traje ukupno 90 minuta s jednom stankom od 15 minuta. Tijekom igre je dozvoljeno igrati svakim dijelom tijela, osim rukom od ramena do šake (osim vratara). Tijekom nogometne utakmice igrači prijeđu mnogo kilometara od čega najveći dio otpada na hodanja i trčanja laganim te umjerenim tempom. Za svakog su nogometaša jako značajne njegove funkcionalne sposobnosti u koje se ubrajaju aerobna i anaerobna izdržljivost. Veći dio energije u organizmu u nogometnoj igri dobiva se aerobnim putem, ali kod nogometaša su ipak najvažnije aktivnosti i kretnje u igri anaerobnog karaktera. Ovaj završni rad ima za cilj analizirati aerobne i anaerobne podatke pojedinih igrača HNK Šibenik, a sve kako bi se utvrdila pojedina odstupanja radi programiranja treninga.
Abstract (english)
Soccer is a sports game played between two teams, and the main goal is to score as many hits as possible, i.e. goals, into the opposing team's goal. Each team has eleven players, and the game lasts a total of 90 minutes with one 15-minute break. During the game, it is allowed to play with any part of the body, except the hand from the shoulder to the hand (except the goalkeeper). During a soccer match, players cover many kilometers, most of which are walking and running at a light and moderate pace. For every soccer player, his functional abilities are very important, including aerobic and anaerobic endurance. Most of the energy in the body in the soccer game is obtained aerobically, but the most important activities and movements in the soccer game are anaerobic in nature. The aim of this final paper is to analyze the aerobic and anaerobic data of individual players of HNK Šibenik, all in order to determine individual deviations for training programming.
