Abstract
Valgum položaj koljena je deformacija koja se još često naziva i „X – noge“. Kod ove deformacije uočava se disbalans mišića te su medijalne strane natkoljenice i potkoljenice priljubljene jedna uz drugu. Genu valgum često je povezan i s povećanim kutom glave femura te pes valgus stopalima. Posljedice ovog deformiteta su bolovi u koljenima pri napornim aktivnostima te trošenje lateralnog meniska. Kao mogući uzroci u literaturi se navode oštećenja kostiju te disbalans mišića, a često je uzrok same deformacije nepoznat. Može se liječiti konzervativno te kineziterapijskom rehabilitacijom. Nakon utvrđenog postojanja genu valgum-a kod klijentice kroz analizu posture i testove napravljen je plan i program kineziterapijskog postupka. U programu se kroz četiri faze klijentici pomaže pri stabilizaciji trupa, kinestetičkoj osviještenosti te korekciji disbalansa u hipertoničnim i hipotoničnim mišićima. Cilj ovog tretmana je poboljšati svakodnevni život klijentice te omogućiti veći raspon pokreta.
Abstract (english)
Valgum position of the knee is a deformation that is also often called "X-legs". With this deformation, muscle imbalance is observed, and the medial sides of the upper leg and lower leg are pressed against each other. Genu valgum is often associated with an increased femoral head angle and pes valgus feet. The consequences of this deformity are pain in the knees during strenuous activities and wear of the lateral meniscus. Bone damage and muscle imbalance are cited as possible causes in the literature, and often the cause of the deformation itself is unknown. It can be treated conservatively and with kinesitherapy rehabilitation. After determining the presence of genu valgum in the client through posture analysis and tests, a plan and program of the kinesitherapy procedure was made. In the program, through four phases, the client is helped to stabilize the core, kinesthetic awareness and correction of imbalances in hypertonic and hypotonic muscles. The goal of this treatment is to improve the client's daily life and enable a greater range of motion.
